At our practice, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality dental care — and that includes flexible ways to manage its cost. That’s why we offer multiple payment solutions so you can choose what fits your budget best.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For treatment plans over $500, those who pay in full by cash or check before treatment begins receive a 5% courtesy adjustment.

 

Financing

To make dental care more affordable over time, we partner with CareCredit, a trusted health-care financing provider. With CareCredit, you can begin treatment right away and spread payments out — typically with low monthly payments, no up-front costs, and no annual fees or prepayment penalties (when paid within certain promotional periods).

 

Insurance & Billing Support

If you carry dental insurance, we’re happy to handle the paperwork for you. We work with many major plans, including Delta Dental Premier, and we’re a Dentemax provider. We’ll maximize your benefits and submit claims on your behalf.

 

Important Notes & Policies

Payment is required before treatment begins. If treatment is discontinued early, you will be refunded for unused services (minus charges for services already rendered).

 

For treatment plans involving more than two appointments, we’re happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

 

Please note: Patients who miss or cancel more than two times in a calendar year without 48 hours’ notice may incur a $25 fee, and returned checks are subject to a $30 charge.
